Tasty Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
Chicken boneless - 1 cup(cooked & shredded)
Basmathi rice - 1 cup
Onion - 1 no(chopped)
Capsicum - 1 no(chopped)
Greenchillies - 2 nos(chopped)
Carrot - 2 nos(chopped)
Beans - 10 nos(chopped)
Celery - 1 cup(chopped)
Ajinomoto - A pinch
Pepper - 2 tsp
Egg - 2 nos(beaten)
Chilly sauce - 2 tsp
Soya sauce - 3 tsp
Hot sauce - 3 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Oil - As reqd
Garammasala - 1 tsp
PREPARATION
Step 1. For preparing tasty chicken fried rice, first cook rice with garam masala. Keep aside.
Step 2. In a pan, pour oil.
Step 3. Add onion, ginger-garlic paste, capsicum and salt.
Step 4. Add the vegetables and fry it for some time.
Step 5. Add capsicum, celery and fry again.
Step 6. Add hot sauce, chilly sauce, soya sauce and ajinomoto.
Step 7. Add little water and cook.
Step 8. In another pan, fry chicken pieces for 5 minutes and add beaten egg. Add little pepper and salt.
Step 9. Make it shredded.
Step 10. Mix rice to the vegetable mix. Add the chicken and egg. Sprinkle pepper powder on top and
mix for 5 minutes.
Step 11. Tasty chicken fried rice is ready.
