Greetings of Peace!
As the leader of our group & a student of SPU Surigao, I woul like to inform you that we already had identified
an environmental problem after the school visitation that was held last 3 rd of October 2015 at 2 oclock in the
afternoon. The cleaning of a blocked canal system located at Purok 6,Habitat near the Canlanipa Barangay Hall
is the project proposed of the group and will be conducted on the 8 th of October 2015 at 1 oclock in the
afternoon if approved.
This project is essential for the flow water wastes to become stable. It would also lessen the health risk of the
residents around it. Our group is requesting some materials to be used & assistance from your good office to aid
us in the cleaning. As agreed through verbal settlement, a copy of reports & documentation will be submitted as
soon as the project is made.
