time, free reading, lunch with the teacher, etc.

Preferred Activity Time (group choice)

The class as a whole must earn a certain number of points


to earn group reward

Examples: classroom game, movie, extra recess, special


snack, etc.

Consequences
*each student starts at green placement

Clip moved to yellow = warning

Clip moved to red = behavior form

First check mark = phone call/email home

Second check mark = conference with parents

Third check mark = conference with parents and


principal
