technological developments, and emerging societal
trends to provide relevant services.
O In the social work field we are constantly adapting to
our surrounding. It is important to stay on top of the
constant change so we can best assist all of our
clients.

Practice Behavior 9.2

Provide leadership in promoting sustainable changes in
service delivery and practice to improve the quality of
social services.
O For school social workers this can go many different
ways you can provide leadership and education to
parents, colleagues, as well as the students.
