This company is small they have 10 stores all in Arizona only. The shops are not the biggest but they

My job is to provide the ability to complete inspected oil changes and many types of tire services such
as flat repairs, balances, mounts and dismounts, and rotations. I also sweep and mop the bays along
with stock filters and oil. The Gs's also have the put the tire shipment. At this shop mainly I also get
to help our tech with breaks or transmission flushes when he is swamped with work.

Jack Williams Tire

Jack Williams is family owned and ran. They are based only in Pennsylvania and have 17 stores state
wide. This company runs their shops with anywhere from 7 to 10 employees, with no more the 3
techs. Everyone is required to learn and perform light mechanical work like breaks, lights, and at
least 1 kind of flush.

I currently do online classes because of the need of a job. Each of my classes is nine weeks long. Out
of my classes so far there is six 6 of my basic classes I have passed with nothing lower then a B+
putting my GPA at a 3.2.

About Myself
The tire shop that I have been working for these last three years have helped me learn a lot. Out of
about 30 general service techs I have always been in the top 3 when looking at hour’s flagged. I'm
also a really fast learner and always willing to learn more. I have never been late if anything I at least
a half hour early, I always try to have the best attitude and provide hard work everyday.
