ABDUL RASYID HAKIM

Questionnaire was made on Wednesday, October 9, 2013. This questionnaire made to


designed course for potential learners who have to take TOEFL test. There is 16 item in this
questionnaire that given to five different people. Every people should choose one of 3 (very
important, important, and not important) with give check mark (

).

This questionnaire made based on wants, lack, and necessity of learners. For wants
contents item 1-5, lack item 6-10, necessity item 11-16. Table 1.1 below is The
QUESTIONAIRE.

After give questionnaire to 5 five different people, we got the result in the wants part
(Item 1-5) are:

This prove that item 2 so wanted of the learners, after that is 1,3, and the last is 4 & 5.
Learner need the teacher to make discussion with them.

The result above show that the learner so weakness in vocabulary, and then listening,
writing, grammar, the last is reading.

Based on the result above, learners very need the first (TOEFL test practice), item 2, and
then 3 & 5, 4, the last is 6.
