Dear Sir,
This is my first letter, apprentice inform you that the Sea Project Guidance has been working. My
1 part I was working about familiarization with all things on board. Beside done my Guidance of sea
training I am studying also anything about deck maintenance, paint usage & mix, splicing of hawser &
steel wire, freezer plug, record, tie up and handling pilot ladder, matter need attention when pilot sign
on and etc

As long as I go, my condition is good. A month on board make me have many experiences,
Especially in Emergency Drill, because its 1st my drill, I felt panic because I dont know the men of the
alarm, all crew look not very panic because it usual for they. And I know what I must do according the
Muster List. In my 1st month I must adaptation and very hard because I am first time know thing on
board, because at campus we just learn the theory and just little know the real thing on board. But, right
now I can adaptation and every rest after work we can joking each other. And, my officers teach me how
to be real seaman. Seaman is far from anything such as family, girlfriend, Indonesian food, etc. But work,
study and duty must do and responsible. I will try to do that and now I can do that step by step.
