Dear Sir,

It is come to notice that some drawings (apart from the drawings listed in Master
drawing list as original) have been submitted to MECON for approval by M/s L&T for
completion of jobs under Pkg. 073. However these drawings (drawings not in Master
drawing list) have not been incorporated/ listed in the drawing list for As-built drawing
submission.
In this event, we may ask M/s L&T to submit the details & list of drawings which have
been submitted to MECON for approval later and also present status for the drawings
as so.
Example for the case:
We have a drwg no. 3285 with us but the same drawing has not been incorporated/ listed in

the drawing list for As-built drawing submission.
