    UPDATE: Accidental Shooting Victims Name Release
    The victim from Friday nights shooting has been identified as Jacob Ruis (23 years
    old) of Overland Park, Kansas. Mr. Ruis is believed to have been shot by a known
    acquaintance inside an apartment in the 8900 block of Reeder.
    The investigation into this incident is still on-going; however foul play is not
    suspected at this time.
