Not only does she make adjustments before the next teach, but she has a natural ability to modify the lesson as she’s teaching it when she realizes something isn’t working with a particular class. As with any new teacher, Skyla's weakness is classroom management. She still needs more experience teachi and dealing with minor disruptions like students on cell phones, students sleeping, and students talking to their neighbors whien they should be listening to her. However, she is beginning to form relationships with the classes she teaches and is doing an excellent job of making students feel valued and safe in the classroom. | Monica Watson 10/26/15.
