What are the general expectations for all members of the team?

All members agree on assigned work and follow through. Team members will stay ahead of
the game at all times and not turn anything in late. Team members will stay in contact with
one another and be timely.

Expectations for Time Management and Involvement

Photos to be taken on 9/23, begin PowerPoint week of 9/30, find demographic data week of
9/30 and 10/6, begin paper week of 10/6 via Google Docs, finishing touches on paper,
editing, and PowerPoint week of 10/15 and 10/23.

Ensuring Fair and Even Contribution and Collaboration

What strategy will you use to ensure that all team members are contributing and
collaborating appropriately? Describe the communication strategy you will use if a team
member is not contributing and collaborating effectively. How will the team manage conflicts
between team members?
Team members will be communicating via Facebook, class time, and Google Docs. If a team
member isnt participating we will confront them face-to-face in class and talk about it. In
time of potential conflict, team members will talk calmly face-to-face.
