Abstract: This paper explains theological aspects of Miodrag Pavlovics poetry, mostly based on
his works Knjiga staroslovna and S Hristom netremice In this paper,IpresentPavlovics poetic experience of overcoming and wideningthe limitations ofa created mode of being (created
nature) through the ascetic and liturgical life within theChurch of Christ. Pavlovics poetic theology is viewed here in the light of his relationship with thecontemporary and patristic theological ideas. Also I present in whichparticular ways Pavlovics poetry is adjusted andsimilarto

The 1886 Agreement Between the Holly See and Principality of Montenegro
Summary: This paper introduces conditions in which the Principality of Montenegro began and
successfully ended negotiations for the conclusion of an agreement with the Holy See and indicates that regulation of relations with such a strong entity as Vatican, undeniably contributed to
certain strengthening of the international position of a young state. It also denotes determination
of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, the main patron and protector of Vatican, to accept and approve
negotiations in order to use the infrastructure of Catholic church protected by international law in
future dealings with all those who had ideas and plans for creating the Yugoslav state. The analysis of agreements regulations reveal that it had above all confirmed already enjoyed rights of
catholic community in Principality of Montenegro and that concessions that had been made were
negligible and used only to justify the decision of regulating position of the Catholic church in
that certain way.
