All 10 participants scored 9/9 points giving them a total of 100%. This made me feel good about
giving this online staff development because I felt like the staff enjoyed learning the information
and they were glad to learn something to use in their classes.
Reflection:
When I first decided what I was going to do my staff developments on, I was unsure of how
receptive the staff, especially the veteran staff members were going to be about learning
something via online. However, after receiving the feedback and comments from the staff, I was
pleased with the topic I chose and with the development of the information.
