Dear Brothers and Sisters.

By now you should have received your ballot for

the position of Secretary Treasurer of the AWPPW. Its with great pleasure that I
endorse Roger Schultz from Local 155 Port Angeles, WA. I have worked
alongside Roger as the OR/ID/UT/VA Trustee for the past four years. I truly
believe that Roger is the best qualified candidate for this position. Listed below
are the reasons I am seeking your support in electing Roger Schultz as the next
Secretary Treasurer of the AWPPW.

What makes a good leader?

A person who is knowledgeable and learns with ease.
Receptive to suggestions, willing to adapt to change, and committed to the future.
A person who is willing to adapt to the situation, learn the necessary functions of
the office, and more importantly be ready to stay in for the long haul.
We need someone who is not seeking the job for short term personal gains but
someone who is committed towards the long term betterment of the Association.
We need credibility, adaptability, and longevity.
We need to elect a person who meets these qualifications.
