Activities
First show the students video about
Prepositions and ask question while the video
is playing (where is the monkey? and they
have to tell me the prepositions e.g. under
the bed). Then review the playground
vocabulary by using flash card. (The purpose
of the video is to engage and entertain the
students while introducing the new lesson
and the review is to make sure that they are a
little bet familiar with the vocab)

Activities (include groups/differentiation)

My students will be in a mix ability groups

After that. Students will play bingo game (teacher will say a
sentence e.g. the boy is under the table, and students have to put
circle on the picture)
Low ability students will have a sheet with prepositions words and
pictures that describe the words. (This activity is like a game where
student will enjoy and have fun as well as practicing what they have
learned)
Next, solve page number 85 where they have to complete the
sentences with using the correct preposition (when high ability student
finish the activity and I make sure that he solve all the answer
correctly he will help a low ability student) (This activity will develop
student writing skill also it will develop their grammar where they have
to choose the best word to get a correct sentence).

AssessmentsI will observe stud during the activity time.

Peer assessment (the high and middle ability students will
support the low ability students during solving the book).
Finally, we will play a game all student will stand up and I will tell
them some action and they have to apply it, e.g. under the table, on
your chair. (It is fun activity where it will suit most of my students
because they are kinesthetic learners who love to move around).
