Product Description:
Dust Collection system will have capacity of 20000CFM and with
18 of SWG. The tower height of Dust collector will be under 20.
There are 520 filters in all and the type of dust collector system is
bag type.
Light dust will pass through these filters and will be accumulated
below in buggy

Flow rate at inlet through all points should be equal to output of

Blower fan, Noise level should also be less than 90dba, All actual
dimensions should be according to drawing, There is no leakage
across windows and joints, Meeting all quality standards
Testing is a part of project
Warranty claim does not include damages of parts
Safety equipments to be provided by company
Commissioning will be done by company (Futehally Chemicals)
Market Analysis, Flow rate and Static pressure head, survey of
location to be installed
Pressure drop across each filters is assumed to be 1 SWG
Weather and city condition to be stable
