DURING THE PROGRAMME

SPENDING OF SPONSORSHIP
1. Buy paint for the wall around mosque and cemetery Kampung Pulau Manis.
2. Buy tools for gotong royong around Kampung Tanjung Ketom and Kampung Pulau Manis.
3. Buy two mirrors to be put in the place of women in mosque Tanjung Ketom and Pulau Manis
4. Give donation to ten needy families.
5. Decide the balance of sponsorship is distributed to buy the utilities and equipment of mosque
around UniSZA.
PROBLEM
1. Limitation of time, only have one week to get the sponsorship.
2. Still get sponsor after programme.
3. Wrong organisation target because that organisation need to submit to the headquarters to
process the application of sponsorship.
SOLUTION
1. Still trying to ask for sponsorship eventhough the team know the opportunity is low. So,
we try another ways.
2. We use my own money to running the programme then we pay back after get the sponsor.
3. We still submit the proposal to the headquarters but we still trying to ask from the small
organisation because they do not have headquarters.
