Expectancy Sheet Reflection

The Expectancy Sheet lays the foundation for creating a respectful, positive and safe
environment in the classroom. (InTASC Standard 3a and 3c) By creating such an environment,
students will be able to work individually and collaboratively with the notion that all opinions
and backgrounds are accepted and appreciated. (InTASC Standard 3: c, f, l and o)

The

student/parent Note Home is a way to show parents the standards for achievement in the
classroom as well as allow parents the opportunity to be involved with the class. (InTASC
Standard 3a and 3l) In addition, the class website on Planbook.com allows students and parents
to stay up-to-date on what is going on in the classroom and any resources used during a
particular lesson. (ISTE NETS-T Standard 3b and 3c)
