JOB SUMMARY
XYZ is looking for an exceptionally talented International Marketing Specialist to
Make a Mark with our agency and clients.
The essential functions of the International Marketing Specialist will be to serve as a
global expert for clients with distinct global branding needs. They will also adhere to
marketing plans for clients within budget.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Minimum of a BA/BS in marketing or communications; MBA or Master of
International Business preferred
Certification: IPA certification preferred
Experience: Minimum two years of experience in Sales/Consumer Goods, Business
Development and/or Marketing
REQUIREMENTS

Proven exposure to international business through knowledge obtained via


education, study abroad or prior work experience.

Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and


financial models including budgets.

Minimum two years of proven ability to conduct and/or analyze research


related to consumers, industries and competitors on a global scale.

Fluency in at least one language in addition to English.


Superior writing, communication and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, specifically MS Excel and PowerPoint.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop deep consumer understandings and translate them into actionable
insights to develop communications for international clients.
Act as the lead role in formulating consumer-driven creative briefs that are
creatively inspiring.
Work with clients, account teams and creative to distill client/marketing
challenges to their essential elements; then provide a point of view or
intellectual structure for tackling those challenges.
Facilitate positive and productive relationships built on competence and
respect with account service and creative staff, inspiring them to view
planning as the objective voice of the consumer.
Develop global communication plans for Fortune 500 clients by identifying
appropriate messaging platforms, target audiences and key messages.
Identify client needs and develop strategies to maximize both marketing and
overall business outcomes targeted toward assigned global markets.
Any other related duties as assigned.
