Established a Green-field project in Textile - Yarn Manufacturing, setting up a plant with a capacity of 2000 spindles with
bottom line responsibilities of commissioning plant machinery, manpower recruitment and designing business processes and
setting quality practices.
Successfully established and managed Business Processes such as Procurement, Inventory Management, Production
Management, Marketing and Sales etc with the limited resources
