HOSPITALITY THEMED EVENTS Successfully managed a budget for a student held event in which 90 guests were served a three course meal as well as provided with entertainment. In addition, I helped manage the staff of 60 students to conduct the event. I also supervised all back of house operations to another student held event which was also successful.
