To whom it may concern,
My name is Casey Lartigue, I am co-founder of Teach North Korean Refugees (TNKR). It is a
project helping North Korean refugees to life outside of North Korea. I have known Dylan
Wegela for 6 months. He volunteered for TNKR (Teach North Korea Refugees) for 4 months,
where he tutored two North Korean Students in our program. Dylan traveled 4 hours by bus
(Each Way), from Gwangju South Korea, to Seoul South Korea, twice a month to tutor his
Students.
I am writing to recommend that you consider Dylan Wegela for a Teaching Position. In all my
years of experience, some individuals stand out for their great qualities and Dylan Wegela is one
of those people. He is well known for his intelligence, kindness, work ethic, positive attitude,
teamwork mentality, leadership, and diligence. He is well respected throughout the organization
for traveling from so far and making connections with his students. Throughout the time I've
known Dylan, he has shown me time and again that he is a positive, motivated leader with
amazing potential.
During his time here, he played an important role in fundraising, and educating both of his
students. In fact, he was so effective as a teacher, that both of his students have shown great
improvement in their English abilities.
In summation, due to his great attitude, dedication and excellent potential, I would heartily
recommend that you accept Dylan for any and all teaching positions. I am sure that he would not
let you down and would be as great an asset to your team as he has been to mine.
Please don't hesitate to contact me if I can be of further assistance.
Sincerely,
Casey Lartigue Jr.
