    Good Day!
    I, Brylle Tuason Capili, Student of Our Lady of Fatima University,
    College of Nursing with the Student No. of 13-0598-311. I am
    asking your most favourable approval to allow me to take the 2nd
    Post-Test in CA 2, Community Health Nursing (CHN) that I missed
    last Sunday, November 15, 2015. I am not able to take it because
    my uncle went home here in the Philippines from USA, I need to
    pick him at the airport because this is the first time that he went
    home here in the Philippines.
