I am writing this letter on behalf of Jandy Hernandez. She has been a student of mine for the last
three years at Medical Academy Charter School and is one of the most dedicated students I have
had the honor of teaching.
Jandy is always smiling and has an incredibly positive mindset inside and outside of the
classroom. Not only does she help her classmates with schoolwork, but she also encourages them
to remain focused on keeping a positive mentality. Jandy is always willing to lend a helping
hand, without ever being asked. She is passionate, determined, and focused.
Jandy is involved in many activities in school, including our art club. She helps to organize ideas
and presentations along with budget costs for our projects. She is always on time to class and has
her materials organized in a professional manner. Jandy ensures that all students are doing their
part and holds students accountable for their responsibilities.
I know that Jandy is working toward her goal of graduating as Valedictorian and continuing her
education through obtaining a college degree. I believe that she would be very helpful to your
staff due to her organization skills, punctuality, and the fact that she is bilingual.
