We at ABC Software Inc. would like to thank you for being a loyal customer of ours for the past
five years. In doing so we have been able to build a strong relationship between our companies,
and through that we have been able to provided your company with the best software to fit your
needs.
As a company, ABC Software Inc. fully supports healthy snacks and their benefits to our
employees. Most of our employees bring their lunches and snacks from home, while using our
small lunchroom due to the fact that we do not have a large cafeteria. While we are thankful for
your offer we worried that upon accepting it we would need to accept similar offers from our
other business partners, and for that we simply do not have the room. Unfortunately we will
have to decline your offer to display Jamba Juice in our lunchroom.
