Assist developmentally disabled adults in their own homes with banking, shopping, doctors
appointments, community outings, budgeted checkbook, hygiene, dressing, cooking, and
cleaning. Support residents with daily activities so that the residents can live safely and as
independently as they could. Ensured that their programs were run on specified basis.
Work with other upper management members as a team to ensure that the residents needs were the
number one priority. Scheduled staff for residents, completed evaluations, scheduled vacations,
budgeted residents funds, correspondence with families, landlords, and work facilities for the
residents, disciplinary action to staff, found events for the residents to attend in the community,
overseen resident houses and the care they received, attended meetings and trainings, ensured
support plans were followed and worked with the residents in their homes and accomplished all of

they get a scheduled doctors appointment when needed, faxing concerns or updates to doctors,
