Customer Service
Taking incoming calls from customers who are/have experience problems with their cell phones
or small electrical devices, trouble shooting the issue and notating the outcome. Tracking and
sending packages shipped through Fed Ex, verifying information on Company as well as
personal accounts, directing callers to the correct department opening and closing calls with
assurance that I've done all I could to provide great customer service.
Customer Service
Answer inbound calls in a fast pace call center, input info into computer while using the
computer to answer questions for customers.
Authorization Representative
Answering incoming calls from medical facilities, doctors offices and patients wanting
authorization on radiology procedures while entering patient information and clinical into
database, with adequate information and procedure codes and ICD9 codes database informs me
on authorization status, informing caller if authorization has been issued or transfer call to
physicians review.
Custom Service Manager
Managed all activities including but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable,
opening and closing of store, preparing and counting money for the day, processing checks and
loans.
