An Introduction to Naikan Therapy

Questioning can change your entire life. It can uncover hidden power and stifled
dreams inside of you...things you may have denied for many years.
Fran Peavey: Strategic Questioning.

Naikan ( meaning inner looking) is a powerful therapy and method for therapists and
individuals which creates a shift into a new Awareness of love, gratitude and
meaningful life. “Your life will become delighted and full of energy” . . . real happiness” Jianqiu Xu
