    Item Description: LP bypass Valve Cage & Plug rectification ( Satellite hard
    facing )
    Progress details are as follows:
    1. Cage & Plug Lapping and Blue matching on sealing area, blue matching
    found in order.

    3. Dimensional measurement.
    Plug and Cage checked dimensionally and found Plug overall length/height
    as 306.3 mm as against 307 mm (-0.7mm) rest all dimensions found in
    order, reports attached.
    2. Hardness testing.
    Average Hardness value measured on Valve Cage as 44 HRC and on valve
    Plug as 36 HRC and found within the limits.

    4. PMI shall be verified on hard facing at TPCIL premises as PMI tester not
    available with EFCO.
