Y: You mean how to say that in Chinese?
R: Right.
Y: you can ask: 天气预报怎么说？

R: So what did the weather forecast say? Tian1 qi4 yu4 bao4 zen3 me shuo1?
Y: Oh it’s a very nice day. 今天天气很好

R: What do you think these people are doing?

Y: They’re flying kites.
