Fitness Room Policy

THE GREENS AT SEVEN OAKS FITNESS ROOM POLICY

1.Fitness room is open from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily.

2. Children under the age of eighteen (18) are not allowed in the fitness room at
any time.

3. Equipment cannot be reserved.

4. All equipment and use of room is on a “first come, first served” basis.

5. If others are waiting, courtesy requires that the time on the equipment be
limited to thirty (30) minutes.

6. All equipment should be wiped down with a towel following use and returned to
its proper place.

7. No food or drink allowed in the fitness room. Sport water bottles, however, are
acceptable as long as they cannot spill.

8. Appropriate apparel and shoes must be worn. Upper body garments must be
worn at all times.

9. Fitness room to be used by the Greens residents and their overnight

houseguests (limit 2). Resident must accompany guests at all times.

10. No equipment may be added to the fitness room without the approval of the
Greens at Seven Oaks Board of Directors.

11. Damage or malfunction of equipment is to be reported to the Management

Company.

12. Doors must be locked upon leaving.

13. No pets are permitted.
