Follow ups Made; ……………….

1. Mensvic Hotel………… I met the General Manager to have a
presentation. He then assured to call later.
2. Unilever; …………… As scheduled I met the MD with the other
stakeholders where we came to a consensus of they
submitting the asset register for the quotation to be
submitted.
3. Shippers Council; ………. The Financial Controller told me
management has met to discuss the proposal and a go ahead
for the project is given, but before the commencement, the
Board would appreciate a Demo of which would be schedule in
no time
4. SIC; ………………….the facility manager called on me to inform
me on the interest of the MD but rather unfortunately we can’t
have any discussion as he is going on a two weeks leave and
would suggest we meet after he resume.

5. Barclay Bank; ……… The General Manager asked I give him two
weeks to study the proposal and he would surely call on me as
soon as that is done

6. Apex Bank; …………….Meeting the estate manager he has

schedule an appointment on Tuesday as to have the Net Asset
Base(total) for quotation.

7. Ghana Oil Company; …………… Having sequence meetings with

the General Manager, he has release their Asset Accounts for a
Quotation.

8. VRA; ……………..unable to meet my scheduled appointment on

time due to the discussions I had with Unilever Ghana Limited
at Tema, Meeting the hardware Director later in the day
suggested we meet on Wednesday.
