EVENT: FLU MIST VACCINATION
• Complete, sign, and return the application for the
Free/Reduced Lunch program if you want your child to
SPECIAL EVENT participate. Additional forms are available in the front

DATE & TIME: THURSDAY, SEPT. 23 AT 2:15 • The forms for the flu mist vaccination are due today.
EVENT: PTO MEETING
Please complete and return even if you do not want
your child immunized.

• Please be sure to use the car tags provided to you for
PLACE: MACS afternoon pickup. We will provide additional tags if

Event: Interim Reports go home
• Students are encouraged to wear their MACS shirts on
Fridays.
VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
We are in need of a volunteer coordinator. If you can
help out in this position please contact Pam Bowman.
Responsibilities and duties include organizing volunteers
for various events and functions and ensuring each
families contributes eight hours of volunteer time.

Breakfast is available to students every morning from
7:15 to 8:00. We provide a hot, nutritious, and
delicious breakfast each morning. If you would like to

TUTORING
your child to eat please have them arrive before 8:00.

MENU
After school tutoring for selected students begins Monday.
Monday – Eggs and Toast or cereal Students must be picked up at 3:15 or they will be sent to the
Tuesday – Sausage biscuit or cereal Blue Wave After School program and a fee will be due
Wednesday – Waffles or cereal immediately.
Thursday – Cinnamon rolls or cereal
Friday – Pancakes or cereal

Early Dismissal on Wednesday’s

School dismisses at 1:00 every Wednesday. After school care is available from Blue Wave for a fee.
