We, the BSN 4th yr. sec 1 of EAC Manila will be conducting a seminar entitled BATTERED WOMEN: AND
THEIR BATTLE FOR THEIR LIVES AND RIGHTS on September 16, 2010, 1:00 PM- 5:00 P.M at Main
Auditorium. This is in consonance with our partial fulfillment in our subject seminar in Nursing
In this connection, we would like to request from your good office to conduct the said seminar. Attach here is the
budget proposal foe approval.

Dear Madam:
Here is the proposed budget intended for the seminar we will be conducting this coming
sept. 16, 2010.
With the proposed budget of the class of 34 students, the total expected cost in
conducting the seminar would be P13,833.00 Hence, the contribution would be P410.00 per
student. We allocated 4975 for the program, invitation, and documentation committee. We
allotted an emergency budget of P995.00
The above amount had been deliberated and agreed by all members of the class.

Here is the proposed budget intended for the seminar we will be conducting this coming
sept. 16, 2010.
With the proposed budget of the class of 34 students, the total expected cost in
conducting the seminar would be P13833.00 Hence, the contribution would be P410.00 per
student. We allocated P3575.00 for the food committee. We allotted an emergency budget of
P700.00.
The above amount had been deliberated and agreed by all members of the class.
