RATIONALE:
Heart Banquet will give the students the experience to gather in a formal set up
applying table etiquette and to practice formal socialization in a formal gathering.
Moreover, the most important part is that heart banquet will let the student
experience fellowship shared with fellow students focusing on the values that we can
get from the commemoration of the meal that Jesus had with His disciple in a night
celebrating the love of the Father God to humankind. This will be a night where in
students as well as the faculty and staff will be gathered in commemoration and
celebration of the love of the Father with the theme: “Trust His Heart”.

STANDARD CATERING TIME:

 Lunch Service is 4 Hours - 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM

 Dinner Service is 4 Hours - 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 7:00 PM to
11:00 PM
 In excess to 4 Hours, an extension fee of P 1,500.00/Hour
shall be charged accordingly.
 For Holidays, extra service fee of P 300.00/waiter shall be
charged ACCORDINGLY.
 Ratio of Guests to waiters = 1 waiter to 20 Guests

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 Fifty percent (50%) Deposit of the Total Contract Amount shall

be required upon signing of the contract

 Full payment shall be required Three (3) Days before the

function - Cash or Check payment

 Check payment is subject to management approval. For

approved check payments, issuance of check must be made
seven (7) working days before the date of the function to allow
time for clearing.

 Failure to pay full contract amount three (3) days before the
function may result to non-delivery or cancellation of the
contract

 Cancellation and forfeiture policies shall apply

 If the number of guests exceeds on the day as agreed in the

contract without prior notice, the establishment will charge an
additional five (5%) for every person in excess, on top of the
rate per person stated in the contract

 Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
