RECCOMENDATION
TATA Motors should come out with more inexpensive cars in Indi
TATA Motors has the capability to produce cheap cars and they
should use this strategy to target low-end customers because no
other company can offer high potential car like Nano at such
price. ( majority of the population belongs to lower- middle class
who can afford to buy motorbikes but not cars. )
TATA motors should concentrate more on small size cars the
reason behind would be mobility in traffic and easy for parking.
( In big cities traffic is the biggest issue)
TATA by merging with JAGUAR LAND ROVER has entered into
luxurious segment in international markets.
