The Head of Department,

Dept of Management Sciences,

NUML, Islamabad.

Sir,
I am writing this letter to share my experience that I had in last couple of weeks after I
joined MBA (evening) classes in your department.

In the very first lecture, we were told that this is an Institution where you must strictly
have to follow the rules and regulations in all respects. You might even get annoyed following
the rules but you have to. You are all chosen students etc. I am currently studying in MBA-I
(Eve) Sec-B in your department. Despite of the fact that having Reg. No.1 in my program and
submitting my fee slip on the very first day, I was enrolled in section B. I talked to
administration immediately and requested them to kindly switch my section because of the
reasons that being enrolled early, I deserve to be in Section A and also the incomplete strength
and late admissions in section B is affecting the studies. But I was told by the administration that
they can’t do anything, as the class strength is full. I requested to swap me with the boys who are
willing but that was also refused in the name of rules & regulations.

Later, I came to know about a student that was given admission in section A lately, over
the class strength (bypassing all the rules). When I talked to administration about this, they said
‘we don’t know anything. You better talk to your HOD’. Sir that was the time I felt really
disappointed and disintegrated.

In view of all the position explained above, it is requested to kindly swap my section
from B with a boy from section A with mutual understanding, as I am still not able to develop a
coordination level in section B. this wont disturb any of your class strength issues (which were
shaken earlier in other case).

Hope to have a kind response from your side in this matter.

Thanking you.

Mirza Ali Khalid
