Answer#01:-
A situation is that as a manager to increase the sales of Bundu khan Sweets &
Bakers to improve the salesman performance by giving them training and set
some objectives to achieved the goals with our staff members.

Objectives are such as:

 First of all the staff should keep smiling and show fresh look in front of the
customer.
 Then Greetings
 Pay full attention to the customer.
 First hear the customer what he wants and which type of his needs.
 Then give them the products on the customer demand.
 After that shows them our new products briefly describe its features in
front of the customer to attract his attention convincing them to purchase
your goods.
 So in such a way they can increase their sales.

Answer#02:-
In 2018 when I was graduate in B.com as private candidate from punjab
university.

First Opportunities was that all got admission in Punjab University Hailey College
of commerce and the program was M.com

Second opportunity is that I was selected for the job of cashier in cakes and bakes
bakers as a cashier and at this time I cannot afford my studies expenses lack of
financially support.

Decision about choosing opportunities:

Ill choose the second opportunity due to shortage of money and lack of financially
support but am thankful to God because today I can afford my expenses. I’m
doing job at 22k salary package as supervisor in Bundu khan with my studies at
morning.

Answer#03:-
As usual I am very regular and punctual for my every daily routine work. I have
only two daily routine work in those days and that was first my studies in the
morning I wake up at 7:00am and getting ready to reached the university at time
for the class after the end of the classes at 2:00pm or 2:30pm I’ll have to go back
for home and after the lunch I have to reached at 3:00pm for my work. I was free
from my work at 12:30am and then go back to home and then I was sleep.

In short my daily routine schedule was very busy as you can read above.

Answer#04:-
A situation in which our organization where I was working bundu khan award
ceremony for the best performance, I have to manage the refreshment things

Which is give the senior level of staff some special type of food and the juniors
and lower level of staff to give them regular foods items. I was handled all these
things as I planned.

Answer#05:-
As manager I have to write a report on my staff member problems and issues.

First I have to hear all the problems of the lower to the higher level of the staff
members. Then I have to make a rough outline about which kind of problems are
genuine and which are not. After that I have to make summary on that to submit
my report to the RSM of the zone to resolves all these issues and problems.

Answer#06:-
I write my own notes after the research from the different sites and from the
different types of books. I write my notes from the start of the semester which is
very helpful for me in end of the semester. In the less time I’ll read from the notes
only about those topics which important for me from the exams point of view.

Answer#07:-
As a manager ill reorganized my salesman about customer dealing. How to deal
with the customers in the market to sales them our products and goods

By giving proper training to all the staff how to attract the customer about our
products by describes the features of the products in front of the customer.

It was a great opportunity to increase the goodwill of the company and have a
chance of promotion or increase in incentives etc.

Answer#08:-
In 2019 ill again apply for the admission in M.com at Hailey College of Commerce
but my entry test was not going well I am fail to take admission in that year it was
against my plan and wishes. I want to do M.com but know am doing MMKT but it
was also good for me because it’s related to my job field.
 INTERACTION AND LEADERSHIP
Answer#01:-
I was remember that when I am going back to my home from my job at 2:00am in
the night. A family is come to me at the bike there was a husband wife and 2 or 3
children with them. They come to me and ask me for the help of some rupees
because the petrol of the bike was end. First I am speechless because at this time
I have no money in pocket my pockets are empties. So could not help to them but
I want to them. I’ll never forget this moment in my life because I really want to
help them.

Answer#02:-
I remember that I have personal problem in home I have to go back to the home
during the job working hour. As cashier I cannot go back to the home before the
end of my duty timing. So I have to convince our manager to stand at my position
for the half day of rest. It was very difficult to convince him so he’s not
cooperative with me. Then I’ll call to my morning shift cashier first he was refused
me but after hear my problem he ready to come. But I am the responsible of less
plus of the cash.

Answer#03:-
Roll with the punches we must make sure that what we are doing and what we
are saying. This ability shows your strength and vision of your mind. I was
remembered that I was sitting at a place where peoples are discussing on their
caste and culture custom and traditions.

Answer#04:-
A person who has negative opinion about me it is difficult explain this kind of
situation. I remember that I got promotion on my ability and skills from the
salesman to cashier. As I am very hard worker and honest person but the person
who’s against me he thinks that the manager of the branch is giving me
favoritism. But I want to tell him that person in polite I’ll achieved this position at
my own abilities.

Answer#05:-
I remembered that in my school life we have to present a drama to entertain the
audience. It was for the first time for me but my team members are very
supportive I have lack of confidence but they are confident and try to develop my
confidence level. I learnt that from the lesson if you work in a team then take
your all team members with equally.

Answer#06:-
In my life my best friend usman afzal come to me for the help of 15k rupees. But
at the same time i know that I don’t have money in this month. But I promised to
him I can help you just relax and don’t worry about that. Then tomorrow I’ll go to
my company at take advance of 15k rupees and give him to my friend. I’ll never
tell him how I arranged that money for you.

Answer#07:-
While working in my company of Bundu khan. I want to build my relationships
with the honest person who always gives the rights to their employees. Either he
has to goes against the higher authority but he’s talk about the lower levels
employee rights. He is our respected RSM farhan sir. He is very honest and a
gentleman for me.

Answer#08:-
In my professional life during my current job I meet only one person who is
leadership abilities admire me most and he’s our RSM regional sales manager. As I
know he has all the following abilities such as:

 Honest and a gentleman

 He is very kind and courtesy
 Situational handler
  Regular and punctual

ASSERTIVENESS AND MOTIVATION

Answer#01:-
I’ll make good relationships with the staff members during my past jobs. I’ll never
do any negative things with anyone in my past experience. In fact everyone likes
my nature and my kindness style of working with honesty. My past jobs platform
is very important to me because I’ll spend my time with them to make myself
satisfied through these peoples. All these peoples are very encouraging and
supportive for me.

Answer#02:-
I remembered that time which is occurred recently. I’m coming back to my home
from my university then I am getting out from my IAS department I saw bike is
puncher and that time I don’t have no money for making the puncher of bike.

Then reached out site the university and on the road at the shop of the puncher
maker I am very confused and lack motivation what should I do. Then I make
myself ready to ask for the help from someone. A young man come to me who is
asked me address of Hailey college. First I tell him the address and then asked him
for the help of 100 rupees. I said don’t worry bro take these rupees and make
your bike puncher. Then I said me thank you so much brother.

Answer#03:-
I remember a situation I’m standing at the cash counter as a cashier. I was making
the bills of the customer and my bill man packing the goods of the customer. My
bill man packed an extra product without the bill which cost is RS.350. My
manager come to me he said to me you give an extra product without receiving
the amount of the product. As you can see this is not my fault but he was
continuously said to me it was your fault. After the 10 minutes arguments I said
you can charged me the cost of the product which cost is 350 rupees.

Answer#04:-
The above mentioned situation makes me angry. I did not do anything against this
issue. But after a day who received the extra product that customer come back
for the payment of 350 rupees. He tells to our manager the person who stands for
the packing of the goods he packed this item with my goods. So this is not the
fault of the cashier. At this time I’m very angry at my manager who’s shouting me
without knowing the reason.

Answer#05:-
In this situation I was worked as a cashier at my cash counter. My junior salesman
has a personal grudge with me and that day our manager is on leave but the
supervisor worked at the manager position. The salesmen misbehave with me
and abusing me to make me angry. I already inform to my seniors supervisor to
ASM and the RSM. But they did not take any serious action against the salesman.

I’m so angry and the next day he do the same thing then after closing the shop I
met him with my elder brother to warn him. After that time he never misbehaved
with me.

Answer#06:-
I remembered that time when my friend is jobless. He has nothing to do. Then I’ll
give motivation don’t worry about the job I’ll do something for you. It occurred
during the COVID 2019. Then I’ll arrange a job in my company at the post of a
cashier and today he’s so happy with the good salary package of 22k plus. He was
very thankful to me and I said just relax you’re my friend.

Answer#07:-
I was many times affected by the organization politics. I remember that scene
when my manager missed behave with me then the higher authority try to
transfer me from out of the zone. But I reached to the head office for such a
situation and tell them about the issue. After hearing my problem they said to me
you just don’t worry they cannot transfer to you from out of the zone. So the HR
departments just transfer me from one shop to another instead of from one zone
to another zone.

Answer#08:-
If someone try to take advantage of me like my friend who asked me for the help
of 15k. Then I asked to him why you need this money. If he has a genuine reason
behind this help then I will help him otherwise I’m not. I also inquire from his
family member without the confirmation I’m not able to help him.
 DECISION MAKING AND PROBLEM SOLVING
Answer#01:-
In my life I have a time to choose one field for the work from two opportunities.

One is to join accounts opening job and the second is to job as a cashier or
supervisor in a bakery field. So I choose second field it is my own decision to
choose this field actually I want to be accountant or a cashier.

Examining the work burden load

Comparing both the locations and to find out comfort place for work.

Answer#02:-
In market as a buyer I reached for those kinds of products which prices are
increase and decrease seasonally. But in the market there are most of the buyers
for the purchase of same item. But I was confused between two products so I
choose one product which I can sell easily and quickly in the market to the
customer with less effort at higher price.

Answer#03:-
I’ll choose to do job as a supervisor against the accounts opener. I want to prove
to someone this job is also better as compare to other one. In the less salary I can
manage but it was good for me to satisfy my own self. I don’t want to show
anyone I’m taking this salary package and inside my heart if am not satisfy by my
work that was not good.

Answer#04:-
A situation in which I’ll publicly announce in my home I’ll going to join banking
field sector. But after many interviews my decision or point of view is changed
from banking point of view after some time I’ll join a company where I’m doing
job as a cashier plus supervisor.
Answer#05:-
When I face any problem first I think about the problem how to solve it. Then I
discuss with my best friend and my mother what should I do if I have a major
problem then I did this procedure. After taking advices from other I’ll analyze
which one is the best advice for me which help me to resolve the issue and
effective for me.

Answer#06:-
As a mediator I’ll solve problem between my branch manager and my other staff
member. Both have negative thinking about each other in fact my staff member
don’t want to work with the manager. He said to me I will resign from this job just
because of this manager. But I’ll work as mediator to tell him that our boss was
very kind honest and a gentleman. But he was just a little bit strict with staff he
did not want to show anyone about what is inside of his heart. After hearing my
perceptive about manager he’s trying to think about him positively.

Answer#07:-
My two class fellows quarrel with each other on an unimportant topic due to
misunderstanding. When this issue is come to me then I’ll try to solve the issue
after examined that they are misunderstanding to each other. I make them ready
to talk with each other about this misunderstanding. After understanding the real
situation they become again friends and leave the topic.
Answer#08:-
When someone is unhappy in front of me then I start by approaching with a calm
and helpful treatment. I cannot see anybody upset either he’s our customer
friend and any other person. I will try to find out the causes of unhappiness why
they are unhappy. After that I’ll discuss with them his wants and needs. Then I’ll
try to fulfill those needs.
 GERENAL QUESTIONS
Answer#01:-
My name is MUHAMMAD BILAL. My father name is NAZIR HUSSAIN. I have done
my intermediate in i.com from GOVT. COLLEGE SHALIMAR LHR after this I am
done my graduation in B.COM from Punjab University as a private candidates. Ill
Gain my first experience as a salesman from a bakery of cakes and bakes. Where I
promoted from salesman to as a cashier after that all quite this bakery due a
reason and Ill join bundu khan sweets and bakers as a supervisor. Where am
doing job right know.

Answer#02:-
Ill joined Punjab University because Ill here about this university from my friends
and class fellows this is a famous university of the Punjab. It is the biggest
university of the Punjab. In Punjab University my first priority is to join the
department of Hailey College. But due to some reason I could fulfill my dream.
Then join my second priority of IAS department in MMKT.

Answer#03:-
I want to study accounts related subjects because my interest in these kinds of
subjects like statistics marketing HRM these subjects tell us how to deal in the
market with the marketers or dealer. It also related to business fields subject
which is good to me because it is related to my field and I am also doing a job as a
supervisor.

I like these kinds of subjects such as:
  Accounting
 Statistic
 Business mathematics
 Introduction to business
 Money banking and financing
 Marketing
 MLO etc
 The subjects in which am not interested such as:
 History
 Geography
 Pak studies etc.

I think my greatest challenge is to

 Make new friends

 To face different type of peoples
 To get confidence
 To gain and share of our past experience with our friends and class fellows,
it is very difficult to me but know ill adjust with everyone after a long time.

In our college I gain experience where I study for four years. But it is important to
us the experience which I learnt from the institution must be apply in the
organization where you worked in a proper way. It means either you succeeds or
not.

Answer#07:-
No I don’t think so it was good but if ill worked hard than I can achieved more
than the current grades. I can improve my grades by hard working and paying full
attention.
Answer#08:-
I want to change in status of different type of peoples. It means different type of
students come in an institution from different type of families they belonging
from POOR, MIDDLE AND HIGH class of family. Everyone should be give equal
importance to each other.

I want show my involvements in plantings of trees in the campus because it was
good for human and animals breath system.

After completing my MMKT program then I want to studies in M.phil from Punjab
University.

Answer#11:-
I want to choose accounts department I want to work as a accountant to manage
the accounts of the customers. It does not matter either ill work in the
organization or in the banking fields. It was a challenge to resolves the problems
of the customers.

I want to manage the accounts of a different people I am also studies about
accounts related fields and from banking sectors point of view in commerce
related subjects. And know I just want to apply my studies or gain experiences on
this sector to prove and improve my skill and knowledge.

Experience which I gain as a cashier or as a supervisor it was more valuable for me
because I want to choose accounts or cash related field in my future.

As you know your company is in the top best of the companies that’s why I want
to join your company in account department. I have a lot of experience in this
field.

I will resolve all the customer problems and issues as compared to your current
working employees.

I’ll never said to you give me this job. If am capable at my own abilities then you
never listen to others peoples what they said about me and myself. To know a

 As a cashier and supervisor many of the reasons satisfied me such as:
 To deal with different type of customer or peoples
 To make relationship with them
 To achieved my sales targets of the organization

My long term goal is to join any accounts department. First of all I have to fulfill
my short term goals for such a purpose. My hard working will help me to achieve
such goal.

The job that has most of the qualifications skills and abilities give me more
opportunities to move forward with my struggle at the higher level. Employees
always should be motivated by the organizations.

Yes, I have in a particular organization. It was important to me as an assignment.
I’m excited to move forward in the organization. In fact everyone wants to
