 Land requirement – 450 acres,
 Variety of Bamboo – Valgaris green,
 Duration of the crop- 18 months,
 Yield / acre - 60 Tons,
 Total yield from 400 acres – 27,000 Tons,

NOTE:
First harvesting from planting will be after 3 years,
Lateral will be every 1.5 years upto 58 years,
Planting cost and cultivation cost will be
approximately Rs.1.25 lakhs per Acre only for First
Year.

 Subsidy will be sanction by MNRE through TEDA for promoting

and supporting the Renewable Energy in India.

 Biomass energy conversion reduces the carbon emission and biomass

consumption for power.

 This power project covers under Clean Development Mechanism.

 ENERGY PURCHASE
AGREEMENT

 The Energy Purchase Agreement will be

signed with Tamil Nadu Electricity Board as
per their norms for biomass power projects.

 The EPA will be signed for a period of 20

years.
