Professional dress for instructional and office staff members is
defined as neat, clean and appropriate for the learning environment. Personal appearance should not disrupt the educational process or cause undue attention. No exposed midriff; cleavage, see-through clothing, fleece sweat pants, or shower type (rubber) flip-flops; no skirts, dresses, or slits shorter than mid-thigh. The District respectfully requests that employees refrain from wearing blue jeans and jean overalls. Individual schools may elect to designate “alternative dress” days as a part of its individual school dress guidelines.
