It shall be the policy of the Board of Education of Minidoka County Joint School District No.
331 to inform the community of objectives, achievements, needs, and conditions of the school
system.

Provisions:

The following provisions provide direction for the implementation of this policy:

1. The Superintendent shall have the ultimate responsibility for initiating and administering
a comprehensive and continuous program with the community.

2. Nothing explicit or implied will preclude the Superintendent from delegating all or a
portion of this responsibility to assistants, office staff, or other school personnel as part of
a regular staff assignment.

3. The Superintendent is to actively use all media available in the discharge of this
responsibility including commercial, print, and school or district publications.
