    203.61
    Minidoka County Joint School District # 331 PAGE 1 of 1

    It shall be the policy of the Minidoka County Joint School District No. 331 that individual school
    boundaries shall be defined from time to time by the Board of Trustees upon recommendation of
    the Superintendent.

    Provisions:

    The following provisions will assist in the implementation of this policy:

    1. The Board of Trustees shall strive to keep school boundaries as stable as possible.

    2. Adjustments or changes shall be made whenever necessary to balance pupil loads among
    the schools for the most efficient utilization of facilities or whenever it is to the best
    interest of the students involved.

    3. When considering boundary changes, the best interest of all students must take precedent
    over the convenience or interest of students in any one school.
