    Minidoka County Joint School District # 331 PAGE 1 of 1

    It is the policy of the Minidoka County Joint School District No. 331 that secondary schools
    shall be permitted to publish newspapers, yearbooks, and other pre-approved material.

    Provisions:

    The following guidelines are developed to assist in the implementation of the policy.

    1. The publications produced under the direction of a school faculty sponsor.

    2. The publication must display quality work and acceptable articles which reflect
    acceptable school and community attitudes, values and morals.

    3. It is the intent of this district to comply with the Supreme Court ruling, Hazelwood
    School District vs. Kuhlmeier. (Citation 484 U.S. 260 1988)
