It shall be the practice of the Minidoka County Joint School District No. 331 to establish, within
its means, libraries and/or instructional media centers in all schools to make instruction more
meaningful and effective.

Provisions:

The following provisions are delineated:

1. Libraries or instructional media centers shall be developed to permit students to enhance

their own potentialities to make judgments based on their own assimilation of facts,
and/or clear reasoning and understanding.

2. Instructional media centers shall provide materials to reinforce the teacher in his/her tasks
of effective instruction.
