Plan , organize and manage retail banking activities and resources .
Study market conditions and take strategic decisions in order to gain and sustain the
bank’s competitive edge and results
Formulate and implement effective business management infrastructure and systems
(policies, processes, procedures and tools) for optimal resource utilization to deliver
business targets and competitive quality standards
Maintaining a quality products portfolio that creates competitive advantage for XYZ
Bank and is in line with evolving market needs and addressing current and anticipated
needs of the target market
Diversify product portfolio to expand banks customer base
Identify customer needs initiate action and follow up in order to meet customer
expectations
Provide leadership and guidance that motivates staff to maximize their productivity
and retention and helps the division in day to day running
Recruit competent staff and ensure enthusiasm so as to enhance employee
productivity
