2 Move to Hall Hall 5 minutes

3 Activity: A1 Hall 10 minutes

• Class would be broken up into 2 groups.
One would be labeled “A” and another “1”.
• Each group will stand on one edge of the
badminton court facing each other.
• When the trainer calls for “A”, A must run
to the safe line before “1” group catches
them. Anyone caught would join the “1”
group. Vice-verse.
• Debrief:
o How did your group work as
ONE team?
4 Activity: Session Planning Hall 40 minutes
• Using the A1 activity as an example, each
group would plan the following:
o Introduction
o Giving instructions for game
o Conducting games
o Debriefing
• Using mahjong paper, the team will come
out with the outline of their session.
• Students will present their sessions to the
class.

5 Move back to class Classroo 5 minutes
