1. Edit the folder "crack" file license.

lic the line that says "this_host" by the name

of the pc, Save
2. Run in the same folder and select LMSetup "License.lic" edited in step 1
3. Do not restart the PC
4. Replace the folder "crack" files ARCGIS.exe, license.lic to the folder
C: \\ Program Files \\ ESRI \\ License \\ arcgis9x
Import "ESRIFloat" to the system registry, DOUBLE CLICK
5. Go to Incio-> Programs-> ArcGIS-> License Manager (9.x) -> License Manager

6. Go to Config Services Tab-> Path to the license file and to Browse-> Find File
in the folder License.lic arcgis9x
7. Save Service
8. Tab Go to Start / Stop / Reread and click on Start Service
9. Restart PC
10. Install ArcGIS Setup normally and give full version for Local License
11. Go to Start-> Programs-> ArcGIS-> Desktop Administrator-> Software
