1. Minimum system requirements

PC
Pentium® II
233 MHz processor
Microsoft® Windows® 98, NT4, ME, 2000, XP
64 MB RAM (or 128 MB RAM for XP)
24x CD-ROM drive
800 x 600 screen resolution displaying 32-bit colour
SoundBlaster compatible sound card
Mouse
Headphones or Speakers

Mac OS® 9.1, 9.2, OS X

2. Running the application

For PC
Ensure that no other applications are running
Insert the Business Focus CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive
The CD-ROM should auto-run
If it does not auto-run, do the following:
- From the Start menu, choose Run
- Type D:\start.exe (where D is the letter of your CD-ROM drive)
- Click the OK button
- The application should now start

For Mac®
Ensure that no other applications are running
Insert the Business Focus CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive
The CD-ROM should auto-run
If it does not auto-run, do the following:
- Double click the CD icon when it appears on the desktop
- Double click on the ‘start’ icon
- The application should now start

3. Technical support

If you experience any problems with the Business Focus CD-ROM, please check that your machine
matches or exceeds the minimum system requirements in Point 1 above and that you are following the
steps outlined in Point 2 above.

information:
- platform (e.g. Windows® 98, Mac® OS X)
- processor speed and size of RAM (e.g. Pentium® II with 64 MB RAM)
- the country you are e-mailing from
- full details of your problem including complete error message(s), if any.

Please note that these support details are for the Business Focus CD-ROM only. We will not be able
to assist you with any problems encountered when running any software that is not included on this
CD-ROM.
