Secretarial Duties:
Managing the office budget, compiling budgets and expenses for the
Company.
Process and draft correspondence.
Presentations
Drafting of technical and other reports required by authorities
Manage office filing and document traceability.
Handling international and local travel for the Directors
Arranging meeting and appointments.
Liaise with overseas and local clients, receive and host visitors and
maintain good relations.
Diary Management.
Receptionist Duties:
Answering of telephones.
Screening calls and talking of messages.
General filing.
Faxing / emails
Collection, distribution and sending of company mail.
