customized nutrition solutions to help maximize the performance of small and commercial farmers. We are seeking to recruit a
dynamic professional to fill the following position based in Naivasha Kenya.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

The holder of this position will be responsible in supporting the General Manager's day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth
management. Maintain the executive's agenda, plans appointments and meetings, attends meetings and takes minutes,
handles phone calls, manages correspondence, arranges travel, maintains records, and assists in various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibility

• Liaison & Daily Reporting: Act as a primary point of contact between the General Manager and other departments,
stakeholders, and external partners.
• Ensure collecting daily reports from all department, compile data and schedule coordinating meeting as per the
protocol.
• Diary and Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the General Manager's calendar, ensuring efficient
scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the General Manager. This includes
emails, letters, phone calls, and other correspondences.
• Meeting Preparations: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences. Take minutes
during meetings and ensure action items are communicated and followed up on.
• Document Management: Draft, review, and edit reports, proposals, and other documents. Maintain organized
electronic and paper filing systems
• Travel Arrangements: Organize and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and other logistics for both
domestic and international trips.
• Expense Reporting: Manage and reconcile expense reports for the General Manager's office.
• Project Assistance: Assist with special projects, research, and tasks as assigned by the General Manager
• Confidentiality: Maintain discretion and confidentiality in relationships and handling of documents, communications,
and information.
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Key Qualification, Experience, Skills

a. Degree/Diploma in Science or Business Administration or relevant field a plus


b. Proven work 1 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
c. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
d. Excellent verbal and written communication
